• Running : For Male 1.6 KM in 06:30 Min. and for Female 1.6 KM in 08 Min.
• Squat Ups (Uthak Baithak) : For Male : 20 Times and for Female : 15 Times.
• Push Up : Only for Male : 12 Times.
• Bent Knee  Sit-ups : Only for Female : 10 Times.
